Well, on Wednesday I wrote that I was a little disappointed that I hadn’t lost more weight.
Apparently my body was trying to make a liar out of me!
I lost yesterday AND today 🙂

Determination is key. Do NOT give up. Even when you aren’t seeing results on the scale. Took me a long time to figure this one out. And yes, muscle is heavier than fat, but if you’re gaining weight at this point (while trying to lose it) you are doing something wrong.
